Shipping Information

Orders under $100 include a $7.99 flat shipping fee. Orders of $100 or more receive free shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout when the order ships.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed.

Return Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, wigs, bundles, lace products, eyelashes, hair caps, and other personal-care items are final sale once opened, worn, altered, washed, colored, cut, or installed.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Gworlsroom uses the information customers provide to process orders, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the shopping experience. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored by Gworlsroom.
